Twisted Metal (2012) is a vehicular combat game that revolves around the annual Twisted Metal competition, where drivers battle each other using heavily armed vehicles to win a wish granted by the enigmatic and twisted character, Calypso.
The plot follows several characters, each with their own motivations for participating in the tournament. Players can choose to follow the storylines of Sweet Tooth, the psychotic clown who seeks to reclaim his lost family; Mr. Grimm, a reaper on a quest for revenge against Calypso; Dollface, a model trapped in a grotesque mask who yearns for beauty; and a few other unique drivers.
